"Not Helpful at All"
So, my brother has Down syndrome, and I was looking to purchase something while inquiring about the VAT exemption. The woman on the phone mentioned she required 'proof' of his condition but couldn't clarify what that meant. I told her I didn't have any general 'proof'—what did she expect, a picture? A photocopy of his passport? Then she accused me of being rude and said they couldn't sell me what I was after. Great job, dyslexia shop!!

"Great selection, service, and pricing on products"
There’s a wonderful selection of tools available, I needed some handwriting aids for my 8-year-old. Plenty to pick from with useful guidance, I ended up getting several choices - enough for the whole family. The Stabilo EASY Original Pen is awesome and truly assists in fixing pen, hand, and arm posture. I suggest everyone check it out, thanks a bunch.
